Welcome to ZenFlow Yoga. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or participating in any of our online classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. definitions

"Company", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ZenFlow Yoga. "You", "Your" refers to the user or viewer of our website or services. "Services" include live and on-demand yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and all content provided via our platform.

2. account registration & membership

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are 13–17, you may use the services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel memberships at our discretion.

3. payments, subscriptions & cancellations

• All membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We use third-party payment processors (Stripe). We do not store your full payment details.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. health & liability waiver

Yoga is a physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
• You will listen to your body and modify or skip any pose that feels unsafe.
• You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
• ZenFlow Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation.

We strongly recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

5. intellectual property

All content on our website and platform — including videos, audio, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ZenFlow Yoga and protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
• Record, rebroadcast, or share class links with non-members.
• Use our trademarks without prior consent.

6. code of conduct

You agree to use our community respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in live classes or forums will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. third-party links

Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., Zoom, payment processors). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. disclaimer of warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenFlow Yoga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenFlow Yoga, its instructors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your use of the services.

11. governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance.
