ZenFlow Yoga emerged from a collective of movement artists, mindfulness researchers, and long-time practitioners who felt that online yoga could be more than just recorded classes. In 2020, we began experimenting with new formats — intelligent sequencing, polyvagal-informed cues, and creative expression — and quickly found a community hungry for depth.
Today we serve thousands of members across all 50 states, offering both live and on‑demand classes that blend vinyasa, somatic exploration, and rest. Our name reflects our philosophy: finding moments of flow (zen) within the dynamic practice (flow).
